PROJECT OVERVIEW
The YMCA had not upgraded its infrastructure at Camp Greenville in multiple decades. As the camp looked at expanding its facilities to meet increasing demand and address a need for improved facilities, the directors realized their water and sewer infrastructure needed improvements to support this expansion. The YMCA issued an RFQ for Construction Manager at Risk services and chose Harper as its construction partner. Over the course of the project, Harper replaced eroding and out of use pipe, upgraded pump station capabilities, and allowed the camp to begin improvements on their buildings to welcome a new generation of campers.
