Wofford College's new, beautiful Greek Village is the social center of campus with both sororities and fraternities occupying the new houses. The Village consists of 11 identical structures and a multipurpose patio for campus events.
Harper constructed Wofford College’s new Greek Village that consists of 11 small, single-story wood frame structures with wood trusses. Each unit is approximately 2,050 SF and each Greek organization selected the layout of their individual house. The new village is located within the social center of campus with both sororities and fraternities occupying the new houses.
A special feature to the village area is a 1,720 SF multipurpose patio with a colonnade that is designed to imitate the main building’s architectural style, as well as serve as a central meeting location for campus events. Harper worked an aggressive schedule, completing the project in 8 months.
