PROJECT OVERVIEW

Additions and renovations to this facility included a new gym to be used for physical therapy, a new front entrance with offices and a new front porch. The entire project helped make the space more handicap accessible and enabled White Oak to house more short-term rehabilitation beds. Approximately 3,632 SF was added to the existing building.

Harper served as the General Contractor to perform the additions and renovation to the White Oak Tryon facility. The scope of work included a phased approach and consisted of a new gym for physical therapy. Renovations also included the reconfiguration of the front entryway and front offices in addition to a new front porch with wheelchair ramps, making the space more handicap accessible. Completion of the project resulted in the White Oak facility having more short-term rehabilitation beds and a new space for occupational and speech therapy. The therapy addition was completed first and then followed by the front addition. Approximately 3,632 SF was added to the existing building.
