PROJECT OVERVIEW
One of the first projects out of the Harper Coastal Office, the ESD Team performed liner remediation and sludge removal on 2 wastewater lagoons for the City of Timmonsville. Harper personnel self-performed the remediation and sludge removal for the duration of the project. This self-performance allowed the project to fit within the Owner's budget and schedule while ensuring a quality product. In addition to work in the lagoons, Harper also performed upgrades to the headworks structure and the plant access road. Both sites were in need of repairs to allow the Owner to continue treating the area's wastewater effectively.
