This project involved a complete interior gutting of the existing terminal, new interior finishes and new MEP systems, as well as additions to the east, west, and north elevations. Only the structure itself remained after the demolition was completed. Harper commenced the project with the temporary relocation of the airport offices into a satellite venue in order to maintain operations while renovations were performed.

Site work included the provision of new sewer and water systems. Harper also worked closely with the City to develop the temporary traffic patterns for vehicular traffic to the remote venue and to the construction site.
