PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Harper Team built a greenfield water treatment plant for Saluda County Water and Sewer Authority. This work was in conjunction with separate contracts for the intake structure and raw water transmission lines and required significant coordination with the other general contractors working on the project. This Super Pulsator/Greenleaf facility included the purchase and installation of all process piping and equipment as well as construction of the finished water storage and pumping and chemical feed systems. The Harper Team constructed the new filter facility and operations and administration building as well as final site work.
