Riverplace Development

PROJECT OVERVIEW

The first phase of this project included a combined 275,000 SF of office space, residences, and 100-room hotel. This project was a complex, fast-track, mixed-use project on a congested downtown site.

Riverplace is the single largest development in downtown Greenville’s history, with roughly 720,000 SF in nine buildings on over 10 acres. The first phase of this project included 275,000 SF that consisted of a 100-room hotel, 50 residences, and 87,000 SF of office space.

This project was a complex, fast-track, mixed-use project on a congested downtown site. There was extensive site work that included rock blasting with deep excavations and foundations. The structures were cast-in-place post tensioned concrete.
