If you look out at the skyline of Greenville, South Carolina—recognized as one of the most successful urban renaissance stories in the world—you’ll see much of our handiwork. We’re proud to have played a role in the development of this city that continues to win accolade after accolade. Today, Harper is bringing that same powerful impact to other cities throughout the Carolinas.
Harper constructed the new two-story, 27,000 SF headquarters for ReWa. The two-story glass atrium leads out to an exterior patio area overlooking the scenic Reedy River. The exterior of the building is a blend of North Carolina mountain natural stone, glass and two different types of metal panels. This building achieved LEED® Silver certification.
Harper performed pre-construction and construction services for a new two-story, 27,000 SF headquarters building. The building was constructed on the existing administration building’s footprint which maintained the existing tree canopy and gave the building an immediate, well established landscape, un-paralleled by most new construction projects.
The two-story glass atrium leads out to an exterior patio area overlooking the scenic Reedy River. The skin of the building is a blend of North Carolina mountain natural stone, glass and two different types of metal panels. The roof is a standing seam metal panel over rigid insulation with a large overhang expressing the exposed structural steel support frame. The exterior stone extends from the exterior into the atrium and, with the large expanse of glass, brings the natural beauty of the site into the building.
