PROJECT OVERVIEW
This new 120,000 SF headquarters for QS/1 is located in downtown Spartanburg and includes an attached two-level parking deck. Construction was completed with a detailed sequencing plan due to the building's location in the center of downtown.
Harper partnered with McMillan Pazdan Smith and QS/1 Data Systems to successfully design and construct new corporate headquarters located in downtown Spartanburg. The structure is a technologically advanced facility of 120,000 SF with an attached two-level parking deck. Due to the urban location, a detailed sequencing plan was required for construction. Staging and deliveries were thoroughly scripted to ensure minimal interruptions to the downtown traffic. Additionally, a water feature was incorporated into the design at the building’s main entrance. This project was completed within 14 months of construction initiation.
