PROJECT OVERVIEW

This building features 81 luxury condominiums, 15,000 SF of commercial space, and a 300-space parking garage. Building materials include precast concrete, wood frame, and structural steel. The project received numerous awards and recognition including LEED® Silver Certification.

Poinsett Corners is a 4 story, mixed-use project with 81 luxury condominiums, 15,000 SF (10 units) of commercial space, and a 300 space parking garage. The parking garage structure is precast concrete, the condominiums are wood frame and the commercial space is structural steel. The project is located on a site in Downtown Greenville and involved extensive sitework including rock blasting and excavation.

The project received LEED® Silver Certification by the US Green Building Council. It also received the 2007 Pinnacle Award for Building Project in South and North Carolina and a Southeast Construction Magazine Award of Merit for Private Design. The project was among the "Best of 2007" in Business Week, received an Architectural Record Citation Award in 2007, and was a finalist in the 2017 Cemex U.S. Building Awards for Sustainability.
