PROJECT OVERVIEW
This project included the demolition of 9,500 SF of floor space and a 14,000 SF upfit to the fourth floor. The completed renovation includes large and small conference rooms, an elevator, lobby, and restrooms.
This 14,000 SF, complete 4th floor upfit included the demolition of 9,500 SF of core floor space. The Scope of Work included three large, glass front conference rooms with six smaller client conference rooms. The elevator, lobby, and restroom were upgraded with wood panels and granite floor tiles. The center core of the office space includes four ceiling heights with combinations of hard and acoustical ceilings. The entire space received new flooring and wall finishes, and doors were refinished as well. The millwork in the executive conference rooms and receptionist desk were custom-built with granite surfaces. Work was completed in 28 weeks.
