New Horizon Family Health Services

The 64,000 SF multi-specialty family and ambulatory urgent care center is a design-build partnership between Harper, McMillan Pazdan Smith and local consulting engineers. Harper provided program management services for New Horizon Family Health Services (NHFHS) throughout the funding obtainment, design and pre-construction, along with full construction management services to achieve all budget goals, schedule and quality-operation goals. The new facility represents NHFHS’ most significant facility development in their history. The clinical services include primary care family medicine, internal care, pediatrics services, behavioral health, compounding and retail pharmacy, diagnostic X-Ray, as well as all support services and the NHFHS corporate offices. The project was developed on a very complex site condition with excellent for access, parking, drives, patient and staff amenities and enhanced landscaping scope.
