




If you look out at the skyline of Greenville, South Carolina—recognized as one of the most successful urban renaissance stories in the world—you’ll see much of our handiwork. We’re proud to have played a role in the development of this city that continues to win accolade after accolade. Today, Harper is bringing that same powerful impact to other cities throughout the Carolinas.
This shopping center consists of 550,000 SF of retail space. Harper was responsible for the demolition of the 500,000 SF Greenville Mall and the new construction of retail shells and upfits for various shops and restaurants.
Magnolia Park consists of 550,000 SF of retail space. Future development in this area will consist of an additional 520,000 SF of retail, 375,000 SF of office, and one or two hotels and residential areas. Harper was responsible for the following: demolition of the existing 500,000 SF Greenville Mall; grading, retaining walls, utilities, curbing, paving, and landscaping of Regal Plaza and Cabela’s round-about; building pads and infrastructure for Cheddar’s, Jared’s, Toys R Us, Cabela’s, Yard House, and Dave & Buster’s; building shells for Bad Daddy’s Burgers, Firebirds, Fresh to Order, Allen Tate, Babaziki’s, Blue Cross, Sleep Number, Grimaldi’s, Toby Keith’s, and Tucanos. Harper also completed the complete construction of Rooms To Go and Pier One. Additionally, Harper completed the shell and partial upfit for DXL, Golfsmith, and Nordstrom Rack, as well as the upfit for Scott Trade and Hu Hot Mongolian Grill. Work for Regal Cinema included the exterior renovation.
