The Integral Solutions Group (ISG) simultaneously selected McMillan Pazdan Smith and The Harper Corporation to partner for an aggressive, fast-track design and construction delivery for their new corporate headquarters. The project goals included delivering the new facility within a tight time frame, within budget, and to obtain LEED® Certification for their Information Technology Support Services & Customer Service Center.
The existing 30,000 SF warehouse was programmed and designed in less than four months and constructed in less than seven months by means of extraordinary partnership of the entire project team. All project goals were achieved, along with cost-effective electrical and mechanical systems. Excellent day-lighting is present throughout the interior space. In addition, Integral Solution's intent was to provide a functioning technology center for their Information Technology Business, but to also achieve a Customer Service Showcase that provides grounds for existing and potential clients. The project met both criteria. Harper self-performed approximately six percent of the trade discipline scope of work.
