PROJECT OVERVIEW

Originally built in 1908 as an office space totaling 53,000 SF, the Innovative Building structure received a comprehensive renovation to it's historical structure. The Innovate Building project was awarded an Adaptive Reuse Merit by the American Institute of Architects.

Originally built in 1908 as an office space totaling 53,000 SF, the Innovative Building structure received a comprehensive renovation to it's historical structure. The Innovate Building project was awarded an Adaptive Reuse Merit by the American Institute of Architects.

The design incorporated exposed timber, solid maple flooring, and an open floor plan boasting Class-A office space. Additional unique features of this outstanding space is a large, shared rooftop conference center that consists of new state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, surround sound, patio, and exceptional views of the Reedy River and surrounding area. The Innovate Building structure was awarded an Adaptive Reuse Merit by the American Institute of Architects.
