The Greenville Country Club selected Harper to build a new, elegant clubhouse filled with Southern-style charm and ample amentities—almost doubling the size of its previous clubhouse.
Greenville Country Club is one of the premier Clubs of the South. Harper was selected to serve as the Construction Manger At-Risk to build their state-of-the art new clubhouse. This 44,000 SF clubhouse at the Greenville Country Club is the fourth clubhouse in GCC's history since 1905. It replaces the previous 19,000 SF clubhouse built in 1954. With modern amenities, the two-story clubhouse features a pro gift shop, fitness facility with full-sized women and men's locker rooms, dining and meeting rooms, pub, elegant event spaces and a terrace featuring a beautiful view of the Riverside gold course.
