PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Town of Great Falls required extensive upgrades to their wastewater treatment facility in order to stay in compliance with state and federal regulations and keep pace with growth. Harper's Environmental Systems Division (ESD) installed a new mechanical bar screen, modified the grit collector at the facility, and repaired leaks in the aeration basin walls. The project also included additional piping and electrical upgrades. ESD worked with the Owner and Engineer to perform value engineering to provide contingency and finish the project with $0 in change orders.
