GHS Emergency Trauma Center Renovation

PROJECT OVERVIEW

The renovation and addition of the Emergency Trauma Center was a major long-term project for the Greenville Hospital System that was comprised of 45,000 SF of renovation and 11,000 SF of new addition. The project required a complex phasing plan spanning over five years to complete while maintaining a safe and operational Emergency Trauma Center.

Harper developed a major sequencing plan consisting of eight major phases with multiple sub-phasing formulated with the input of the hospital facilities management and physicians.
