Harper restored the Keys Building in downtown Greenville, a dilapidated brick building built during World War II but abandoned for decades, into a desirable adaptive-reuse space full of character. The first tenant to call the newly renovated building home was the premium indoor cycling franchise, Cyclebar. This 3,300 SF cycling studio provides a premier fitness experience and is Greenville’s first of its kind. Harper oversaw all construction phase services beginning with existing shell demolition, interior upfit, installing furnishes, and concluding with the punch list. The vibrant space includes a CycleTheatre, locker rooms with full-service showers, a community room for socializing before and after rides, and an open concept lobby that features a 10-foot glass garage door. The CycleTheatre is 1,100 SF and features 50 state-of-the-art bikes with a tiered, theatre-like layout for cyclists to exercise with optimal visibility of the instructor and the 80-inch high definition screens.
