Today, Harper is bringing that same powerful impact to other cities throughout the Carolinas.
Harper constructed two large speculative buildings at the Caliber North Industrial Park resulting in over 266,100 SF of industrial space for the Park.
The Initial 171,600 SF speculative building at Caliber North Industrial Park featured tilt-up construction with a 36' clear height, (12) 54' speed bays and 60' x 54' speed bays, (16) dock height doors with the capability to expand to 35 dock positions. The building achieved LEED® Silver certification for its green building initiatives.
Harper also provided the improvements for Rudolph Logistics in the Caliber North Phase I building. The upfit included a 4,000 SF office, trucker's restroom, forklift charging stations and installation of dock equipment. The project was fast track procurement method with construction completed in three months.
A few months later, Harper also completed the construction of a new 94,500 SF speculative building at Caliber North Industrial Park capable of accommodating up to four tenants. This building features tilt-up construction with a 32' clear height, (8) 54' bays and 50' x 54' speed bays, (12) dock height doors with the capability to expand to 21 dock positions.
