PROJECT OVERVIEW
Harper constructed this new three-story, 19,000 SF headquarters for BNC Bank. The interior upfit is meant to accommodate the need for space while also allowing for future business expansion and leasable tenant space. The building was awarded LEED® certification upon completion.
Harper served as the Construction Manager At-Risk for the new 19,000 SF, three-story bank headquarters for BNC Bank. The project included all site work, building construction and interior upfit that accommodated both initial space needs for bank employees and customers, but also allowed for future business expansion and leasable tenant space. Additionally, this project was awarded USGBC LEED® Certification upon completion.
