Harper was selected to redevelop an existing four-story building on Main Street in Spartanburg into 45 luxury apartments and two ground-level retail spaces. These two retail spaces are occupied by Spill the Beans and Spartanburg Methodist College Studio for education, collaboration, and creation. The project included the construction of two additional floors on top of the existing building, bringing it up to seven stories, including a basement. There is potential for a third retail space on the basement level facing the rear of the building. The mix of apartments includes 27 one-bedroom units, 16 two-bedroom units, and a pair of two-story lofts.
