4) State-of-the-art new clubhouse facility
Harper Corporation is the proud builder of the brand new clubhouse. Initially, Harper was tasked with complete demolition of the old clubhouse. The new clubhouse will boast of over 40,000 square feet which will include a kitchen, flexible event spaces, outdoor dining and family activities. Matt Johnson, project manager, said “We are thrilled to be building the new clubhouse. Projects we construct in our community are the ones we find the most enjoyable.”
The Harper team on the project includes Matt Johnson, project manager, Andrew Gable, assistant project manager, John Rollins, superintendent, and Ricky Dockery, assistant superintendent.
Harper project partners are Chambers Architectural Associates, Fuller Consulting Engineers, Seamon Whiteside, EIKON Consultant Group, J&A Engineering, and Collins Project Management.
The project is slated to end around late October to early November of this year.
