Doug Harper ARP

Chairman Doug Harper recently participated in a roundtable discussion hosted by EPA Water with Army Corps of Engineers on the importance of clean water protections in the Southeast and proposed redefinitions of the Waters of the United States. This legislation spurred the cleanup of the nation’s water resources over the last 3 decades. They have had an impactful effect on almost all activities in the United States over that period.
